Plz HELP ME!!!!!

Hey guys, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my storm, I need MAJOR help 1st I dont know why but i have duplicate music files half from media player and half from roxio, i want to delete the media player ones and it wont let me, infact i tried clearing my entire media card and it didnt work, i cant do it... Not a ditz just lost.... 2nd I tried to download the new os to my phone and it said fatal error message???? wtf! does anyone live in NJ who would be willing to help me and make sure i dont kill the love of my life ......MY STORM...LOL anyone plz help

I would suggest re-formatting the media card to make the wipe happen with it correctly.

As for the OS, their a quite a few help files on it, I do know however that the OS Beta is for people who understand what they are doing and are prone to deal with frustration.

yea, sorry but if you are needing someonw to help you with a Beta OS, you might want to shy away from them. I have spent the last three days working on my 8830 with the latest Betas and generally mucking with my OS. wiped it completely clean with JL Commander about 5-6 times a day... If your not comfortable with recovering a briked Berry, might not want to try it just yet. hate fo you to kill your love and not be ablt to recover it. I took a bricked berry into Verizon to see what they would do for me, and they basically told me it was bricked from me playing with things I should not have been and they would NOT help. Sent me out of the store with my bricked berry. Dont want to see you in the same position.

Jenn just read the step by step directions on here and it is relatively easy. You don't need to wipe the old one off there.
