(Apparently it's such a bit deal to make the sliding homescreen without the panels in the theme builder that no theme maker wants to tackle that without getting paid for it.)
Which is fine if you like that. I don't.
Plus, because of a conflict between the latest OS build (.600, maybe even before that) and non-panel (or trays, or whatever you want to call them) themes, you lose access to "homescreen preferences" from "Options" > "Display".
