Great hybrid!!!
You can add back whatever you want using "Shrink-an-OS". Search and you will find it. Just select what you want to include and select "put it back" and then install again.

my first time trying out ur hybrid.. and so far soo good buddy xD

I was down to about a 20 startup mb and leak to 5mb (so i did a complete wipe and installed the apps freshly)

after installing ur hybrid and using apploader and shrink an OS to add in a few things i used in past I am currently at 29.2 mb start up so I am satisfied.

if anyone is wondering why i am excited about having approx 28-30 mb startup... its because I have roughly 8 games 30 third party apps.. and 10 launchers.

so I think im getting my money worth.

Default Installing a Hybrid

I've never installed a hybrid. My phone is lagging since the .148 install.
Can someone please give me step by step instructions on how to do this. I don't want to mess up my phone. I did a search but it's too broad a subject and nothing "simple" came up.

For those of you who have nothing better to do than to be rude and tell me to use search, read my post and don't waste any more of your time. For those of you that are just willing to help me....THANKS A MILLION.
