I just installed 4.5.0.81 the other day and have had no problems except I cannot find the documents to go software application on my bb and I cannot edit a word attachment that I downloaded from an email. Anyone else run into this? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Connect to Desktop Manager, and run the application loader. Choose it from the list, to thus install it...

Sorry to re-open an old thread, but I'm also missing Docs2Go. (on my Torch 9800, OS 6.0.0.706). I have already tried to load it via Loader.exe, but it is not on the list to be loaded. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

Try installing the OS on your PC again, or try upgrading altogether to 723.
