easy tiger.
Are you trying to upgrade?
or wiping to 507 first?

Please also make sure you have no other OS's and that you delete the remaining java folders.

yes it is compatible with American phones
Are us using Apploader or desktop Manager?

are you sure you have the RIGHT os installed on your computer

go in to control panel and remove programs then make sure it is the ONLY os installed for your device.

Go into Control panel and uninstall all your OS7 install programs.

I was in the same boat as you and this did the trick.

Too many to work with I guess.

BlackBerry Bold® 9930 using Tapatalk of course.

Go to your registry: Start - Prompt - regedit - HKLM - Software - Research in Motion - Apploader - Searchpaths.
If you have installed one OS you will see this one when you click on the number which you can see under Searchpaths.

If you have installed one os but you see more "numbers" in Searchpaths you have to delete them.

When you check this and delete all the vendors your problem will be solved.

Its under Add and remove programs.

There are probably a couple OS7 install programs there in you have ever used your computer to install an OS on your phone.

They need to uninstalled if there are too many of them.

BlackBerry Bold® 9930 using Tapatalk of course.

When you click on that number you should see on the right site under AppsVersion the os you installed.
This should be the same as the os os under: Computer - C - Prgram Files - Common Files - Research In Motion - Shared - Loader Files.
