H*ll Yeah. Black screen and constant buffering that produces nothing.

I've loaded .228 and it hasn't affected my everyday uses so I'm sticking with it.

I tried this, but there is no "visual voicemail" on the list to click. I'd like to get rid of it thinking that perhaps the voicemail icon will once again work.

Since it's not a carrier-provisioned application (yet), I can't see that there is anything "running" in the background to be concerned with. It simply doesn't do anything...it's non-active.

The text issue is really bugging me. I've tried to live with it, but it might actually be a deal-breaker for me.

What's CV?
I'm finding 228 the smoothest yet.
Battery much better-almost got a day.

Those who are not seeing the visual voicemail icon it may be in the Downloads or Applications folders. It is also possible you did not check it when you installed the new OS. Unless you click Advanced during the update and look, it will only upgrade the apps you have, not install any new ones unless the are required.

Yup. Spotty sound and no video, just a black screen. Only tested on 3g.

Battery life seems much better though. Still at 70% overnight, usually almost dead by now.

Been running 219 for some time (debating the 228 upgrade)... To me, biggest issue is the absense of the voicemail notification on the main screen. Does anyone know if you remove the visual voicemail app, if the voicemail notifications go back to normal? I assume the same exact issue goes for 228, that's why I am asking here. Figure anyone here is a complete junky and would know the answer. Thanks.
