small problem i had when on 7.1.0.70 that is still on .190......when zooming in with the camera it freezes as if it took a screenshot of what im trying to take a pic of. i try zoooming in an out to see if it would show the camera again but i end up having to close the camera and reopen it.....anyone else have this small problem?

Depends on the carrier. In Canada Bell and Telus give you a flat-rate that allows tethering, Verizon and AT&T require a tethering plan. I have heard os some carriers blocking hotspot, but I don't now which ones.
