Well this thread says allot. Used to be a leaked OS findings and fixings thread would fill a page every 15-20 minutes for the first day or 2. And that's with the mods cleaning the dozens of "downloading now" useless posts. Draw your own conclusions.

Downloading was success. just installed .342, seems to be ok at the moment. Lets see what's changes/improvements over .267!

Downloaded and installed. Uneventful installation. Seems pretty smooth at the moment but no drastic changes noted yet. I'll see how the memory and battery drain are on this and report back in a couple of days.

342 faster than 267 but worst battery consumption.

i prefer to use this one than 267

It is almost 12 hrs on .342. Memory leakage is very high. Just in 8 hrs after my last reset, around 42mb has been leaked. this leak is when I have enabled memory cleaning, hourly log clearing (meterberry). I used to have approx 20-30mb leakage per day with .267. Battery seems to be the same as .267. Overall it gives slightly better user interface.

Prith are you running the beta versions of app world, FB and bbm?

Those things are crapping all over my normally stable bb! (seems to be the bbm one that triggered it!)

One thing i noticed with this leak is it has a higher version of appworld than the betazone currently offers! (3.1.1.9 opposed to 3.1.1.5)

I think thats whats doing the leaking at the moment yeah, i never had any memory issues before the latest bbm beta!

I might remove all beta apps for a week to get a true idea of how 342 performs

Just realised they have release appworld out of beta zone as 3.1.1.21 as well!

Guys complaining about memory and battery, I have had the new OS installed with a battery pull at 12 hrs, and -0.5 mb leak, with 4% battery loss. I'm also running the latest betas. Try doing battery pulls, or see if you have something running in the background.

After install battery life was terrible yesterday.

I am running the Beta's and after installing yesterday and multiple (3-4) battery pulls and a reset at 7 this morning, i am at 4% battery drain /hr (good) but memory is down -23.5 mb in 3hrs - Horrible...

All i have done is BBM and web browsing... no twitter, FB or any other apps yet. they have got to figure these leaks out its brutal.

Seems the same as .267 not sure how much different.

I have uninstalled all beta applications like BBM 6.2, Facebook3 and installed regular ones. Monitoring now the memory leaks.

I forgot about my Beta version of BBM. Had a few issues with the newest leak and that app. I downgraded to the last official, and haven't had any problems with BBM notifications.
With the exception of BBM, I usually will not install any Beta apps either.

Installed and running quite well, Had no issues with the install, took about 20-30 mins from start to finish.
Did a few batt pulls and battery drain after 5hrs is at about 3.2%/hr with emails and bbm every 10-20mins
Also seems like the memory leak is still present after the same 5hrs i have lost about 20.2mb whichs isnt to bad since I just installed it this morning.
As always with a fresh install browser is faster, phone is snappier everything is running smoothly. I do not have any of the beta software installed, so hopefully the mem leak will level out alittle bit over the next few days.
As for everything else, works great. Also dunno if anyone else noticed but the keyboard seems to respond alittle better with this OS could just be me.
So far so good, will report back in a few days with an update on the batt, mem and any other things I find.

Cheers to all on this Beautiful day

One thing I did notice was that the "Battery Saving Mode" indicator has changed. Looks different now. And also something that has changed as well is the dial log. Area codes are now displayed in brackets with the #1 at the front. Something to point out.
