Leaked OS 7.1.0.190 for BlackBerry Torch 9860 Findings and Fixes

Another flawless update. All apps and settings were all restored, yaa! Had an app error for fancy smileys on initial boot. But have had no issues on subsequent reboots. Browser does seem faster on wifi. The .com button appears on keyboard when typing in browser, very cool. Not much else I have notices yet, ( hey, its still within the first hour. Lol ).

Long waiting got over. Immediately downloaded and got installed. disappointed not to find FM radio application! Has anyone got it and working? FM radio is working on 9360 OS 7.1.
I have noticed that left and right swapping in mail box view is not working. Battery seems to be good. Hope There will be relief from .585 battery bug reducing from 100% to 91%.

Woohoo!! Finally update my OS! from 7.0.0.296 to 7.1.0.190 and it went smoothly. just given its 2nd battery pull. and instantly see the mobile hotspot feature. but I notice that I have a little application memory left. on .296 I have 193mb but now on 7.1 i have 177.7mb. checking it out now! so happy!! btw, all of my apps,settings and data are restored by apploader during the process

I am missing characters on my keyboard with this upgrade. I get blacked out boxes where numbers or symbols should be. And one of the symbols I use for passwords is missing. Anyone else?

Battery life seems Ok.
scrolling thru webpages is kinda sluggish
can't get mobile hotspot to work on Globe Telecom(Philippines)

I have installed this release, here is my review :
- Battery indicator fix, before in 585 from 100% drop to 91%, now back to normal
- BBM contact recovery so fast, usually takes time to get all picture profile update.
- Browser , little bit faster ( my assumption)
- New Hotspot menu
- Camera focus faster then 585

i've installed this software , deleted two vendor.xml files and load it on the phone using blackberry desktop software ..
everything went smooth , the application and contacts restored ..
applications are working ,, downloaded bbm 6.1.0.37 from from the beta zone
and it's working fine ..

-battery life is to early to judge

- u can enable quick select for the language



- new look to manage the languages and u dont have to restart the phone when u remove a language ( it's not black background by the way ,, i capture it and it shows like that xD )



- u can the the .com button when u r typing in the browser



- options > Device > Advanced system settings > BlackBerry Device Anlayser




- Mobile hotspot is working

well ,, that's all what i've noticed :P ..
