Dang, I need to borrow someone's PC. Does anyone know if the leaked Mac Desktop Software is capable of loading OSes?

Be sure to remove your vendor.xml and search your PC to make sure you don't have a "ghost' copy of it. Prayerfully this leak won't be like the 8230 leak which apparently only works for Verizon.

This apparently is a verizon thing.. b/c it just occurred to me that I didn't remove the vendor.xml file and it is loading right now..

okay. hopefully it won't be a repeat of the pearl flip. anyone else installing from another carrier aside from Verizon?

How do you delete the Vendor .xml, and if anyone gets this woking on a Alltel branded 8330 please PM me and let me know.
