How to Update on Mac OS??

Hi! I'm new to crackberry, and I would like to know how to Update the Leaked OS 7.1.0.74 on my Mac running OSX Lion. Please tell me step by step or post a link! Thank You Very Much!
I have a Bold 9900 and it is running 7.0.0.261, Platform 5.0.0.464

Also, I am a very noob at the technology when it comes to complicated stuff, so I'm very sorry..

ALSO , will it brick or nuke my device? I dont really understand (brick and nuking but it guess it's bad for the blackberry)
Lastly if I use blackberry protect that is in the 9900 to backup do i have to backup again on my laptop or what... Im very confused. Thank You VERY MUCH.

You can't do it on a Mac unless you run a version of Windows on it. I use VMware Fusion to create a virtual Windows desktop on my Mac and intall using the Windows instructions.

Apple also makes a program called Parallels, but I have not used it. VMware Fusion lets you run both Windows and Mac OSX at the same time and do things like copy and paste between systems.
