Read through the thread before attempting an install. Some have reported that you should not attempt to install BBM5.0 with this release. Also apps like Facebook still don't work. (it will likely require a new Facebook before that ever works on OS 5.0)

i dont think facebook and other rim built apps work still will update as soon as i load this .190 to my phone....

I have a slight feeling the problem isn't with the os builds for facebook but we'll need a new facebook version before they're compatible...just a guess tho.

I'm about to install 190 on 8900 tho so i'll report back asap

On the final stage right before the Restore device data my 8900 is stuck on the tmobile screen! Anyone else experiencing this?

well 1st impression: bbm is listed as a downgrade so I'm gonna hold off on installation till i can find the bbm files for the 5.0 os.

also, this was the only time after installing the device software on the PC i was asked to reboot, not sure if that matter at al tho.
