Bugs present on OS6 6.0.0.418 for Bold 9700

Hi all,

My uncle has asked me to upgrade his bold 9700 to OS6, so i downloaded OS 6 6.0.0.418 for the 9700 but before upgrading, I would be glad if anyone of you could bring into my notice all the bugs that are present in this OS6 version in one post if possible.

Check in the Hybrid OS forum. There are PAGES of findings and fixes to OS6 for the 9700 there.

Further, not all phones react the same to each OS. You sort of have to try them and see how they work for you.

OS6 has been fine for me but some have found it very cumbersome and buggy.

No real issues that would stop him from using his phone properly.

Only one minor glitch to nore, in BBM, in a chat, the cursor disappears, so you would not know where it is, unless you hit the shift + move trackpad up or down to see what you are selecting. Nothing major, other than that, it is very stable and fast.

i've found the following on this release

-the battery glitch still present,one day my battery indicator dropped from ~80% to 5% and after 8 hours of intense use(internet nav,~2 hours youtube streaming,music) it was still on at 1%.very discomforting

-the flash sometimes doesn't works,i use the camera flash as a flashlight u must do a battery pull to fix that

offtopic: battery pull and alt+r-shift+del is the same thing???

The only problem or bug that i see on this build OS 6.0.0.418 is the cursor in BBM. which is very minor for me. And yes folks! I've joined the bandwagon of OS6's on a 9700. Lol.
