Default Browser Fix Not Working - Bold 9000 5.0.0.314

I went from 4.6.0.303 to 5.0.0.314. I started the steps doing the browser fix, but when I go to desktop manager to load service books, they are grayed out on the left side when I open the file through desktop manager. Any suggestions?

Is it successfully connecting to your device? It's grayed out on mine too, if the device is rebooting or something. If DM properly finds the device though, I can move the service books file over without issue.

Yes it is connected, and not rebooting. It is very strange.

Ok, I had the same issue because of the service book called SYNC. This syncs data betwee your BB and the BES, contact, appointments etc. If you delete this service book then proceed with the browser fix it will work fine. You can regain the service book again by using DM and synchronize your BB to the BES server again.
