Best way to Back-up/Restore 3rd party applications. [tutorial]

I don't have prmission to open this thread under Tips forum. So opened It here.

I know most of you use BBSAK for backing up your 3rd party applications. I’m huge fun of BBSAK but I’m not using 3rd party back-up option on it. It causes some problems for me and for some of you. Last time I use it I remember on application management list there seems 1 application and all my 3rd application modules installed under it. With this tutorial I’ll try to explain best and safest way to back-up and restore your 3rd party applications. Read PDF for tutorial.
