Exclamation BBSAK problem with restoring apps! Help Please

I tried backing up all my apps using BBSAK, wiped my device, then restored the apps.

Everything went smooth and all my apps were working properly.

an hour later, I get a notification that Musical Clock has been updated from version 1.4.0 to 1.5.0, so I though ok, I'll uninstall it then install the updated version.

The problem is, all my apps are not listed individually. They are all listed under one app called BBSAK and there is no way to install each app individually.

this is a real bummer now and will prevent me from using this program as my App back up.

Is there another way of backing up which will give me individual listing for my apps in the application center?

Or how can I create ALX files to manually install all these apps in one go using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager?

Please help.

thanks

What I understand is that in the current version of BBSAK (1.9), all the Apps are backed up and then all the backed up Apps are restored.

Following this I go into Desktop Manager, remove any Apps I do not want and install the new versions directly from my BB. I do believe there is a method that can be performed using Desktop Manager 5. I never tried it, but you can try it here
