BBM 5.0.3.13 to 6.0.0.31

I downloaded the beta version of 5.0.3.13 with the key code. Then I deleted it for 6.0.0.31. But the key code wont work. When I copy and paste it, it says Field full. Sorry if old but can I not use the key code from 5.0.3.13? I haven't tried the work around yet.

U need to find the 5.2 code that would work with 6.31

They changed it after 5.0.3 release because they know we have BBM6 always do not delete at least on of the code mails coming from BetaZone

Instead of using 6.0.0.31, please do install 6.0.0.56

1) Install BlackBerry ID from this LINK

2) Install BBM 6.0.0.56 OTA from this LINK

3) Enjoy BBM 6.0.0.56!!

Wait, are we to believe you actually loaded this again and it broke your phone again? I think NOT! It's pretty obvious that this other thread http://forums.crackberry.com/f95/lea...0-56-a-600520/ pretty much covered the issue with you (because of several posts and even an ending one asking to delete the thread because it causes issues). Why not just point users to this thread instead to inform them that this particular .56 BBM leak doesn't work right?

I have tried this twice now and no luck. Tells me I'm running 6.0.0.56 but I can't change colours. Going to downgrade o 5.13 and reload 6.56

I've never had this problem loading a leak

Thanks for the link but I've been there already. I have no idea what is going on. I have done this before and I have tried everything. I have done 5 wipes, 6 installs. I have tried all 4 ways to load and still no option to change colour. BB sez I'm running 6. I even downgraged to the one on App world, 5.0.0.12 and upgraded and nothing. seems I've wasted 18 hrs of my life that I won't get back.

Was told on another form the 6.0 will be on BB beta soon, so I think I will wait for that.

Just like the instructions:
1. Must OS 6 5xx
2. Download ID
3. Download BBM
4. Install BBM fix using BBSAK in that BBM download link

I have the same prob with you but installed the fix with BBSAK and it works 100%

Ok so now I have a different colours for my contacts, but I can't choose which colour for each contact. I can send a pix and it now sez BBM Contact. I can't change from bubbles to stripes, cause it won't let me save.

Not much of an avantage to upgrade except to say that you have it. Gonna give it a couple of days
