This is a great tool. I've tried them all and I keep coming back to the BBH Tool. I have been using it since it was "just" Shrink-A-OS and now I find myself using it to create JAD's and the works! Simple, efficient, and made by the best.

Thanks Lyr for the work you put in behind this. There's a reason that the BBH Tool comes packaged with every single hybrid that I release and not any other shrinking tool.

Not sure what you mean by issues; I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary.

I too am interested in what has been reported by other users as an issue?

This is a great tool that I used for the 9700 but thought that something was not quite right with it on the 9800. Not being a techie all I've noticed is that the device seemed to have more lag (the clock) after using Shrink versus the stock OS. I maybe wrong and I'm going to give 2.3 a try tomorrow after work since I had used an earlier version on the 9800 some months back.

In any case thank you for working on this fine product. I really appreciate the time saving and ease of use for someone as tech challenged as myself.

Issues posted to me were:

In rare cases, shrinking of certain items caused users to somehow lose Podcasts/Social Feeds (even when they were unchecked) - the solution is a simple reinstall of just the apps, but I would like to try to get to the bottom of this
Also, a user reported a shrink which caused them to boot up with errors, which I am further investigating - not sure if it was the hybrid or the shrink causing them the issue

appreciate all your input

I'm assuming, but it isn't mentioned specifically, this ver is optimized for OS 6?

1. I can't shrink out the background pictures even though it is chosen in the UI. Oddly enough even though I remove them manually somehow they magically appear after boot up. I wonder if these are stored in the device memory from an earlier install. I always wipe the device to a 507 error before a new install so I would have thought these backgrounds wouldn't remain in the device memory.

2. I've had intermittent issues with the system not recognizing the insertion of headphones into the jack after shrinking. This may be a coincidence but I was wondering if this has been experienced before.

as for #2 - never heard of that issue in relation to shrinking, just a BB issue in general, but will let others chime in

working on v2.5 this weekend

It looks like the jack was just the headphones so the only thing that doesn't seem to work is the shrinking of the backgrounds. Thx again for a great tool.
