Default Battery StateOfHealth on 7.1.0.190

Those using 7.1.0.190 on their 9900, I would like to know what is your Battery StateOfHealth.

I am using the 9900 with OS ver 7.1.0.190. I enabled the engineering screen as usual but on this OS, my battery StateOfHealth is 0% or at times it will be 8%.

This is unusually low. On the older 7.1.0.74, I am getting 97% but I assume it can't possibly drop that low immediately.

I am wondering if anyone of you also experiencing the same thing as I do and whether this is just a display error that I shouldn't worry too much

I haven't used the engineering screen recently but I noticed that what I "thought" was a fully charged battery seemed to be dead when I swapped it in. I started thinking that there might be a problem with that battery but next time I charged the same battery, it was ok and worked normally. I'm almost certain that I didn't put in a dead backup battery but anything's possible.

It might be interesting to use the new blackberry device analyser to see if your findings repeat.

When you fully charge your battery but dont use it for a long time, don't expect it to remain at 100%.

By the way, StateOfHealth doesn't represent how much charge the battery is holding but rather a view of the health of your battery.

Anyway, I wake up today and see its 100%... I dont know why also and I didnt do anything.
