Default 9630 419 d6.3 boot time question

After installing 419, and D6.3, and running soas and clean start I got 5 consecutive boots of 2.11. After putting the dm back up with only the bare minimum like
77 contacts 36.91k
1 bbm 31.59k
12 bbgroups 134.0k
20 bookmarks 4.44k
20 calender events 4.25k
88 customwords 5.11k
23 messages 150.26k
5 mms 570.0k
34 sms 9.53k
108 autotext 6.90k

my boot time is now over 5 minutes. I have not even installed my 3rd party apps yet. Is this normal or is one of these files corrupt?

same here, my out of the box boot time was lousy... small price to pay for a otherwise fantastic smart phone!

out of the box? Thats 4.7 software. I am running 5.0.0.419 with Driphter's 6.3 hybrid. I have read many posts where people have many apps installed and they are getting much better boot times. I think one of the back up files is corrupt. I am open to suggestions..

Do you feel a need to backup all of those items?

Whenever I load a hybrid the only things I bring over are my contacts, autotext, and password keeper.

BBM contact list/settings I backup on my SD card

Mem cleaning is disabled. I basically did not reload any settings and believe all I did restore was data. I am deleting sms and emails and going to see how that works..

You can also try to backup everything u have downloaded on ya bb. You can use bbsak for your 3rd party apps and there are threads to explain how to backup apps using bbsak if you don't already know how. Do a clean wipe and reload your os and do a batt pull to see your boot time. After that load your backup info a lil at a time while doing batt pull to see what's slowing your boot time up. My boot time is under 3mins and I have 20 apps downloaded. My guess would be its your bbm cause of your groups but I can be wrong. Note the more apps you have downloaded the longer your boot time will be....
