9530 .148 May 24th Hybrid having problems sync'ing with Outlook 2007 and DM 4.7

So I have a Blackberry Storm 9530.

I've had one heck of a time trying to sync up my contacts from Facebook to Outlook.

So first I tried Profilicious which told me I needed Adobe Media Flash Player 10. Even when I installed it and tried again.

Then I used fonebook which didn't do anything either. It said I had no contacts in my outlook (which was true) and a million facebook contacts, (which was also true) but it didn't have an option as to how to go about transferring facebook contacts over to Outlook. Which sucked.

So then I found a facebook program called Friends CSV which spat out all of my facebook friends information into a spreadsheet accessible with Excel. Unfortunately it didn't spit out the information which I wanted, which was email, phone, and the contact stuff. So that was a start but it still sucked.

So then I went back into my Excel 2007 and imported the list using the "Import and Export" option under file, where I selected "Import from another program or file" to open up the CSV. This got pics and names, but still no emails and what not.

Then I went back and tried Fonebook (which now recognized that I indeed did have names in there that it could match the names from facebook with) and it claimed it "Updated my contacts" but didn't put any of the emails or phone numbers in. So I did this with Outsync, and that didn't put any additional information in either.

So basically all I accomplished was getting names/pictures in outlook but no information beyond that. Which is disappointing but at least I can put the pics in my phone, right?

WRONG. I open up desktop manager 4.7 and go to "Synchronize" and there's four main boxes:
1. Reconcile Messages
2. Synchronize Organizer Data
3. Run Add-in actions
4. Update device date and time.

So I clicked them all and synchronized and it gave me an "Unknown error reported" message. So I unclicked them all and did them one at a time.

1. Reconcile messages : OK!
2. Synchronize organizer data: "Unknown Error Reported"
3. Run add-in actions : Quickly did it.
4. Update device date and time: Quickly did it.

So in DM I clicked on "Synchronization" and clicked the "Reset configuration" Button which told me: "Failed to remove the current desktop organizer configuration for user with PIN XXXXXXXXX. Please close all synchronization logs, disable auto organizer synchronization, restart desktop, and try again." Which I did, but still no luck.

So the problem is that organizer data. What's the deal? How do I fix this synchronization? And by the way: the pics are still not in the phone.

So to summarize:
1. How do I fix my unknown error with the "Synchronize organizer data" option? Is it my DM, my OS, or something else?
2. How DO I get phone numbers/emails off of facebook and into Outlook so I can sync them up to my BB once I do get that syncing thing working?
