I'm running .94 (Rogers).

I've run the 133.exe and installed it onto my computer. Following this, I've opened desktop manager, and plugged my 8900 in. Nothing happens - it just wants to install some Scandinavian languages.

Help?

What are your DM version? 4.6 is better for upgrade.
Have you try to disable your internet connection?

I don't even use DTM 4.7 for anything anymore, 4.6 is best. This is a beta OS and once its installed the DTM should prompt you to upgrade. If not use the app loader.

Its updating right now. I found out the problem lol. I was removing device.xml instead of vendor.xml.

Ill update after installation is complete.

edit: all went well. now only time will tell how well this will run.

Why is your Rogers version so new? Mine is 4.6.0.39 and I can't find any newer official release to download.

My Rogers came with .94 as well. You sure you're running 4.6.0.39?

When I type myver it shows 4.6.0.39 but it must be bugged. About shows v4.6.1.94 so I guess I have that afterall.



How long until an official update comes out, or should I just try .133? How do I fix myver?
