The apploader is a smooth process. It does a backup of 3rd party software, and without "arguing" with you about what software you want to install, it moves right through the upgrade. This works for me every time. | Followed your steps and it worked!! It was indeed a smooth process.!!  Thank you very much for the great help! I tried about 12 times and got the same crappy "no updated software installed" message each time. I was so emotional because of it....LOL...Like I would pull my hair out and say screw this...step away from the computer but then obsessed cause I wouldn't take no for an answer. Thanks again!
