Not necessarily the case - they are out there yes, but might not get leaked, it's all up to the people that have it

Yeah but not all the ones that get registered go official/get released, that's what I mean
Seen it happen many times before, but the way things have looked lately with officials, chances are it may come out from one carrier or another - its the carrier's choice
I just don't want people to expect it and wonder why it isn't out lol (if it doesn't come out)

Also, many carriers have just released a new 6.0 officially, chances are they wouldn't get their users to update again right away

Yes there have been a bunch that didn't leak/release, despite being spotted and/or registered.

There were a couple in the 490's that never saw the light of day for most devices for example.

Also @OP: being nitpicky here, but you might want to specify for non-CDMA devices vs "all"…

I have checked Taiwan Mobile and AT&T, they are not on 6.0.0.570 yet.
