I got the new OS installed only two problems so far: 1. All of the ringtones that end in _bbpro_1, 2, 3.....etc dont work at all and those are the only ones that seem somewhat normal to me so that bothers me alittle. 2. I lost my browser Icon and cant seem to get it back yet, I have registered about 5 times and havent got it yet, i am going to try to resend the service books and hopefully then ill get it. 3. I lost my google maps and have no idea how to even start to get that back either because i dont know how to use the gps at all other then going to that. So thats where im at now if anyone has anything to add or can help out at all that would be great.

Have you tried apploader? try connecting your BB to the PC, run the desktop manager and see under apploader if browser shows up. If it does, you can check it off to load it onto the BB. That's the only thing I can think of IF you have already gone into the Host Routing table and registered.

The ringtones are working in .45 beta. About the browser just pull the battery for 30 seconds and you should be good to go.

well they may be working on other phones but not mine unless there is a way to reinstall them because the file size is 0kb, and when i try to play them in the media player it says corrupt file, and i have pulled the battery a couple times now
