    One month in and all is well until today. Update from orange to switch BB on and off. Did that and since then haven't been able to receive any emails.
    Can anyone help?

    but also emailed myself from pc to BB using orange.blackberry address and it was bounced back

    go onto your carriers bis site delete the account and then re-add it and send serivce books

    hello all
    sorry for delayed response in my reply but......
    apparently Orange 'blocked' me on Friday. Why? They don't know. After many hours of them trying my patience, cutting me off and keeping me on hold, I finally struck lucky tonight and spoke with the only Orange employee who could be bothered to help. Subsequently I have a new tariff of �2.50 a month with 500mb useage by way of apology. Yeeeey
    Now in post orange 150 traumatic fallout disorder though
    Many thanks to those on here who tried to help
