want/need to downgrade from 7.1 back to 7.0
Hi, I made the mistake of updating to 7.1 and having problems ever since....

Hello Jefferson,
After you connect your phone to the CPU go to BlackBerry Desktop Software, then click Device, the Update. You will get a pop-up , and you have the a button - view other versions. Click it, and then you will get all the version availble for your phone. Just click the one you want, and then click install. ( I also answered on another post)
