Hi i just updated to 4.5 on my 8320 and now i can�t switch from english to spanish, it only gives me the option for uk english and US. how can i get the spanish option? Also i dont have the instant messaging apps, like bb messenger, msn, etc, where can i get them?

Did you click spanish when loading the OS? Go back to the Desktop Manager and connect your BB and open App loader and click Spanish and finish the process.

the other items are probably there (in app loader) too just check the box and install

Hey you guys i have another problem, before i updated to 4.5 i can view excel files easely, now i cant! it says the attachement be viewed on the device, and i already (think) i have instaled all the apps needed to view these, please help again!

If u upgraded to a 4.5 os that wasn't from your carrier then you won't have the ability to view excel files
