Hello.
I'm a recent convert to BB's. I was always a sony gal but I work for a phone company and common queries coming in were always on the Blackberry devices, we got 1 day training from a guy from Blackberry but he mainly told us what it does, not how to do it so I always struggled on those queries. Luckly at my place of work we can loan phones for personal development so borrowed an 8110 and whilst I wasn't keen on that handset, I loved the whole Blackberry-ness and as soon as my upgrade date came I got myself an 8900. I love it!
I've been lurking on the forum for a while now and I've learnt a lot already, so thank you for that.
