Is there a way to turn off the auto capitalization at the beginning of sentences?

I am afraid the answer is no.
BlackBerrys were designed for professional people who generally choose correct capitalization and pay attention to grammar and spelling.
That makes it a little different then a typical dumb phone that is used for SMS testing.
If it bothers you, type the first letter then backspace and type it again. That will force it accept a lower case character. - 09-17-2008, 12:31 PMThread Author #3
