Hey,

I am kinda new, but i want to know how to set it up so that my emails will sync with outlook and my blackberry. I was trying to sync it, but the button is not allowing me to click it, What the ****. please help. Thanks

Not gonna happen on BIS. Not possible. No email syncing. Nada. Nope.

Get BES if it's a must have.

Sweet, thanks for the info, what about reconciling my messages. what is that and why wont my software let me do it?

Reconcile of read and deletes works in a limited manner according to your email setup. For instance, you have pretty much full read/unread and delete reconcile with Yahoo mail, slightly more limited with Gmail. Pop3 accounts will reconcile deletes from BB to Server, not the opposite. I believe that is about all... and I could be off a little in those descriptions.
