I am brand new to blackberry. I can see why people love it, but I am having one big problem. I have a blackberry curve and I can't seem to get to a point on the browser where I can just enter a URL and got to a webpage. I can go to CNN and Google but can't seem to surf the web freely.
I apologize if this is an obvious question. Believe it or not I have been looking for this answer all morning.
once your online you should be able to go to menu and select go to, from there you can type in any address and should be able to view it. Also, if your not liking your bb browser there is another browser called opera mini that a lot of people like. You might find that a little better depending on your tastes.
Best if when you get to the 'Go to' screen, hit 'del' and remove the 'www' that is defaulted. I have had difficulty getting to websites when I didn't. Should look like 'http://URL.
