I'm addicted. I don't make any apologies for it.

I have a question, one which I think might not be the result I want

I use my contacts in the address for my business. I limit my personal contacts to my SIM. I do this because when I sync to Outlook, I don't want my personal contacts mixed in.

Can you specify different ringtones to SIM contacts?

Anyone have a resolution?

I think the best way is to choose different categories for your contacts, e.g. Business and Personal.

Then, from the Desktop Manager, you may choose not to synchronize the Personal (Private as it says) Category (but you will be able to have them on a full backup ;-) ).

I'm not a fan of having my data remain on SIM, I may switch SIM, or even SIM+Phone, so the best way is to have them at your desktop (or laptop).

Also, I prefer to have them synchronized as personal contacts, at my company's exchange. I have plenty of backups there -- not like my home PC hehe

I added a new category (personal). Where do I mark it private? Do I do that in Outlook or in the DM?
