Hello everyone. I have previously browsed through the forum and found it to be very helpful. I have recently taking responsibility of BES admin but yet to get my login account details.

My colleague is trying to activate multiple devices for a shared mailbox but having issues as the etp.dat has already been processed by one device already. Any guide helpful hints will be much appreciated. P.S he has not forwarded me any logs at moment I'm just trying to be proactive.
