Hey guys. I'm new to the forum, and will start off by asking for a huge favor.

My blackberry 8820 is locked to AT&T which has been no problem while staying in USA for a couple of months. But now I'm moving home to Norway and would love to use this great phone with my Norwegian carrier. The problem is that none of the online unlock services can find my IMEI in their database, so I called AT&T to see if they could help me. They said that they only gave unlock codes to customers that had used their service for at least 6 months, but I have only had my plan for 4 so i didn't get it.

So I wondered if anyone here has been an AT&T customer for 6 months and would do me the great favor of calling them and ask for my unlock code. Just say that you are going abroad and need the phone to work with other carriers... It's free and will take you about 3 minutes.

    Their number is: 1 800 331 0500 (toll free).
    My IMEI is: 353763.01.819699.4

I'll reward who ever does this for me

    Best regards,
    Espen H.

I wish I could help out a fellow 8820 user but I'm not familiar as to how you can do that. Sorry.

Hey again. Maybe I didn't made myself clear, but I simply need someone with an ATT subscription to call their customer support and ask for the unlock code for the phoe with IMEI: 353763.01.819699.4 You need to have been their customer for at least 6 months, and they'll give you the code

I'll pay whoever does this and give me the code, the same amount as the online unlock services charges..

Keep calling them to get different reps. I was told by att that I needed to fulfill a two year contract before getting my code. I called back, got a different rep and got my code over the phone I 5 minutes. Keep trying and good luck!
