    When I get an email, the text of the actual email seems to be burried in between several lines of letters and numbers making the email very difficult to read. Is there some setting that needs to be adjusted in order to "clean up" email text?

    If you are getting HTML emails, you'll need something like BlackBerrySmart or Empower to read them.
