Newbie from vietnam, have s0me questions 4 help me!
I'm living in Vietnam, this is the first time i use blackberry, so i d0n't kn0w m0re ab0ut bb, h0w can i get a MEP code without paying? Because i'm just 15 years old so i can't own a visa card! If i have a MEP code i can access to any carrier?
