I just purchased a 7100i and was working fine but now when I restart it goes to verifying security to 68% and then receives device error 395. I have tried everything that blackberry said to do
1st - remove battery hard restart
2nd attempted to go under app loader on device manager but in device application selection I get no software is available for your device. Only thing that I did different I loaded device manager last night and did a backup...PLEASE HELP
According to RIM, BlackBerry Search Resultsit's most likely a 3rd party application. On the phone go to options>advanced>applications. Remove (menu delete) them one at a time untill you find the culprit. Or if were me I would wipe the phone clean and reload the OS.
