I can't seem to establish a connection to my computer. I bought a cable from Best Buy and it doesn't seem to connect the two devices. Should I be seeing that it is charging? At first that icon came up, but then it went to the regular battery icon. I bought my phone off of ebay, so I didn't get the software with it. I downloaded it and it seems to work okay, but it just doesn't pick up a connection with the phone. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.
