I updates from OS 4.3 to the new Verizon 4.5, everything looked great, the problem is when I go to profiles, advanced, show ringtones to change my ringtone the phone selects my music folder and not my ringtone folder, even if I delete my music, I was going to re-install 4.3 then try to go back to 4.5 and see if this helps. I have not found 4.3 anywhere though, and Verizon's site will only give me the 4.5, any ideas and help would greatly appreciated, besides the given - buy a curve, bold, storm, ect. LOL When I try to reinstall the software with desktop manager it will not allow me, it says that it is up to date. So how do I do a complete reset of my phone then, anyone? Running out of ideas. I am just going to wipe the phone and do a fresh install, thanks anyway.

Well I wiped the phone with instructions from here http://forums.crackberry.com/f3/how-...l_cmder-53502/ and was successful, before the wipe I backed up my third party apps with instructions from here http://forums.crackberry.com/f3/how-...cations-53201/ , everything went fine and the OS was installed, I still have my Profiles, advanced tab, show ring tones pointing to my music folder instead of my ring tone folder, guess I will just live with it, and make some new profiles. Hope this helps someone. I will re-post if I solve this. Thanks for such a great site.
