Hi all,

So, my BB screen shows that I have one unread email message, but in fact I don't have any new messages. Does anyone know why this is happening and/or how to remove the one email icon that shouldn't be there?

The message folder it is in could be hidden, scroll over any icon and hit the menu button and select 'show all'. See if is in there, if not remove your battery while the device is ON, then wait a minute and re-insert...

Ok, no luck. I did a battery pull while it was off, then I tried a battery pull while it was on. I also check all folders. ??

It could be a flaw in the theme you are currently using.

Also, doing a battery pull while the phone is off won't do anything - you need to do it while the device is powered on.

Aha- I didn't know about the battery thing.
I'll try changing the theme. Thanks!
