My name is Jeanette and I am a BlackBerry lover. I started out with the Curve 8330 5 years ago, have had a few Curve 9330s, I have a Q10 and a Z30 on the way. Typing on my 9330 now as I am having keyboard issues with my Q (the ones everyone is talking about in the Q10 forum). I like this clicky little Curve keyboard though

Welcome! Is your Q still under warranty? If it is, send it in and it will be replaced with a new unit! Mine was!

@ rebroker2009 - yeah, it prob still is under warranty. But like some others here have said, I really don't wanna mess with sending it back. A lot of the people here had the same issues with their replacement. I know that doesn't mean I will, but I just don't want to do it just yet. I did figure out a couple workarounds where I can still use the phone so it's all good for now. I get my Z30 tomorrow - yay!

Always glad to meet nice BlackBerry users. I have some minor double typing on my Q but it hasn't been bad enough where it's unusable. Sorry to hear you are going through this. We Q users can only hope for an official resolution from BlackBerry.

I'm toying with the idea of going full touch (even though a physical keyboard is my preferred method) once voice commands become accurate and fluid - here's hoping 10.3 will be a step in that direction. The other obstacle is the size and shape of the touch devices - one of the perks of the Q.
