I just got a BB 8830 WE from work that was apparently used by someone else beforehand. When I try to setup my e-mail accounts on there by entering the PIN and ESN it says that there is already an account issued to this PIN. Is there anyway to get around this?
Also, when I try to add a custom background by uploading a file through Desktop Manager the Media Manager option is grayed out and won't allow me to use it. Any thoughts on why this is occurs?
