I am being asked to provide my "mac" address to my new internet service provider. They were able to walk me through this process for my laptop but they don't know how to do it on my BlackBerry.
I've tried alt+left cap+h and I've looked under option/status... still can't find mac address. I've seen it before, where the heck is it hiding? in Any suggestions?
Oh, my friend found a silly drawing by pressing cap+h, now he's pressing cap+all the other letters and finding all kinds of silly pictures.

There is another way...
Connections / Wifi Options / Menu ... Wifi Diagnostics
It should be the forth line down, right after SSID address. It is unique to your device, we all have one.
1. While viewing the Home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen
2. Tap Settings followed by Network Connections
3. Tap Wi-Fi followed by Advanced
4. Tap the Diagnostic Information bar and select Device Information
5. The MAC address appears under Physical Address
