I bought Pocket DVD Wizard so I can put copies of NCIS on my BB. The converter is a breeze to use but when I transfer the finished movie to my BB it says unsupported format. It converts the move to an AVI format. Any ideas why this is not working or what I need to do to get it to work?
I spent half the day yesterday searching past posts but either it didnt answer my question or was wayyyy over my head.

I have put some movies and videos on my phone. it is the same concept as putting them on an ipod or zune, etc.

I have not bought any software just used the free ones that are out there.

the ipod converter software to convert the ripped video or there is another program called Blackberry Video Creator (sorry I don't remember where I got that) that i have used to convert the ripped video.

after ripping and converting I just dropped it onto the phone's card (8130 pearl) with media manager.
