Hey guys, pleased to meet you. My Name's Matt.

Have been snooping the forum for a while now after considering a blackberry and having not owned a blackberry before I thought CB would be the place to get to grips with all the lingo.

From what I've seen/heard etc I thought a blackberry would be perfect for me and I am expecting my Bold on Tuesday!

I doubt it will have the latest firmware so I was wondering where the best place to download this would be? Also has anyone changed the housing/bezel on theirs yet? I am looking to get a plain black one rather than the chrome edging, is changing this difficult to do?

to get the new software you can get it straight from blackberry as long as your SP has approved of it

I know somebody who put the bezel on, as long as you have the right tools and are patient its not to bad to do
