I signed up for verizon last december and picked up a voyager. After 3 voyagers and 8 months I started reading these forums and looking into a BB. Best decsion I every made! I have had BB my BB curve 8830 for 4 days now and I love it! My fiancee gets mad at me because I cannot put this thing down!

Welcome and congrats on the new Curve! I am an ex-Treo user, and there is no comparison! The BB is so stable and customizable....you will love it!
I am working on convincing my husband to upgrade to one in Jan (NE2) He is not really tech savvy or that into it. We are pretty much together all the time, as we work together, so really not sure if having to get the mandatory data plan for $30 is really going to be wastefull for us to both have it.
get your fiancee a BB and problem solved.
