I had to download the right driver when I switched from the 8830 to the Curve....so maybe that will do the trick! Welcome to crackberry!

Are the pictures stored on your device or SD card? You can tell by removing the SD card and seeing if there are photos. If that is the case you need to manually put files onto the memory card by highlighting the file and then hitting menu and then selecting move.

Do you have a media card? It's the best place to store your photos etc

Transfering files from your pc to your BB is quite straightforward. From your BB go to Options>Media Card. Make sure that media card support is set to on and mass storage mode is set to on. Now hook your BB up to your PC, it should now show as a removable storage device under "My Computer" on your pc. Simply select the music file you wish to transfer and drag and drop it into the removable storage device.
