i have the curve and im pretty new to it and im trying to get more ringtones. i used crackberry to send myself a few, received the emails, opened them, then downloaded and saved them to my phone but only one of them shows up under my profiles. the rest of them say theyre "0 kb" and obviously wont play. what am i doing wrong???
Hmmm...u did everything right-emaild to urself-make sure u ck off -save as device email-right above then "send" wen u rec the email scroll down to the link and click on it-"save"and wen that's done come out of ur email-go to media and ck ur ringtones u just got to make sure they work. Good luck-maybe 2nd time around w/work!

Also I just thought of-wen in doubt pull it out-do a battery pull and let ur bb restart-ul see the hour glass working on the homescreen wen u put the batt bak in-bb will turn itself bak on. Then ck the ringtone(s) and see if that helpd to.
