    Mine has been rebooting for about 15 minutes now and I'm thinking that's not normal. the Hourglass is still there and moving like usual but just taking for ever to reboot. is this normal? if not what should I do?

    like 30 mins or so. it takes a while for the whole process to be finished. dont worry

    Nice timing. I just wiped mine with JLC and it's hourglassing FOREVER! I hope pulling the battery won't hurt anything, because I did.

    .... not so sure i would have done that. you can always hope for the best. if anything does happen just check out the how to recover a dead berry thread

    Kinda freaked me out there for a minute because it came up to the vodaphone theme. I forgot I unlocked all the vendor codes!

    I attempted to download the new update today at work. It did not work at all. Tonight when I got home I updated it using the the computer. Now for 3+ hours it has been cycling a rotating hourglass and then goes to a Blackberry screen with a status bar that advances, then the red light. Then back to the hourglass... each cycle goes about 5 minutes.

    What do I do now?

    I have just done my first upgarde and I was starting to get worried something was wrong after the first 20 mins!
